Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Age between 40-60 years old
- Female with body mass index (BMI) of 30 or higher
- No other gynecological disorders or symptoms affecting study results
- Signed informed consent form
- Multiparous women
- Diagnosed with mild stress urinary incontinence
You will not qualify if you...
- Pregnancy
- Neurological disorders like Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, or other dysfunctions affecting gait
- Musculoskeletal disorders such as severe osteoarthritis or lower limb amputations
- Significant cognitive impairment or dementia
- Previous pelvic surgery including prolapse repair or anti-incontinence procedures
- Severe cardiovascular or respiratory conditions affecting gait
- Walking pain
