This research focuses on patients with advanced lung cancer receiving immunotherapy or targeted therapy, aiming to explore how psychological stress relates to treatment effectiveness and survival outcomes. Participants in this observational study are patients with advanced lung cancer undergoing immunotherapy or targeted molecular therapy. The study observes the association between their psychological distress and the results of these anti-tumor treatments, without introducing new treatments or interventions. During the study, researchers will track measures such as objective response rate, disease control rate, and progression-free survival over a 20-year period. Overall survival is also monitored as a secondary outcome. Participants will provide information through assessments related to psychological distress, which will help evaluate how stress impacts treatment outcomes and patient prognosis.
