Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Age between 15 and 50 years
- Male or female participants
- Patients diagnosed with fibromyalgia meeting accepted criteria
You will not qualify if you...
- Patients not meeting fibromyalgia diagnostic criteria
- Presence of other causes of sensorineural hearing loss such as Meniere's disease
- Presence of conductive hearing loss causes such as chronic suppurative otitis media
- Presence of collagen or connective tissue diseases
- Abnormal electromyography (EMG) findings
- Abnormal brain imaging studies
- Current use of ototoxic drugs
