- Elevated score on Social Interactions Anxiety Scale (SIAS) > 26
You will not qualify if you...
- Current psychotherapeutic or psychiatric treatment
- Plans to start psychotherapeutic or psychiatric treatment in upcoming weeks
- Current suicidal intent
- Severe cardiovascular, respiratory, or neurological diseases
