- Local permanent residents aged 18 and above (including residents with household registration or those without but with permanent jobs)
- No serious physical disabilities and able to communicate normally
- Voluntary participation with signed informed consent
You will not qualify if you...
- Temporary residents and floating population
- Serious health conditions preventing participation in the survey
- Unwillingness to accept follow-up inspections for the project
