Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Age 25 to 45 years
- Both genders (male and female)
- Chronic neck pain for more than three months with pain level between 3 and 7 on the NPRS
- Craniovertebral angle less than 50 degrees
- Presence of tight pectoralis and trapezius muscles
- Presence of weak rhomboids and deep neck flexor muscles

- Any malignancy related to soft tissue or shoulder joint
- Congenital joint deformity
- Recent fractures to joints
- Recent surgery of shoulder joint or associated structures
- History of shoulder dislocation
