You may qualify if you...

  • Age 25 to 45 years
  • Both genders (male and female)
  • Chronic neck pain for more than three months with pain level between 3 and 7 on the NPRS
  • Craniovertebral angle less than 50 degrees
  • Presence of tight pectoralis and trapezius muscles
  • Presence of weak rhomboids and deep neck flexor muscles

You will not qualify if you...

  • Any malignancy related to soft tissue or shoulder joint
  • Congenital joint deformity
  • Recent fractures to joints
  • Recent surgery of shoulder joint or associated structures
  • History of shoulder dislocation
