Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Permanent single-rooted tooth with 1-1 configuration and complete root development
- Tooth requires root canal treatment
- Diagnosed with asymptomatic apical periodontitis with apical radiolucency on periapical index
- Willing to participate in the study
You will not qualify if you...
- Medically compromised patients
- Inability to reach working length or complications during treatment
- Teeth that need retreatment or have multiple roots
- Teeth with periodontological problems
- Uncooperative patients
- Pregnant patients
