Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Diagnosed with cancer between ages 15 and 39 (self-reported)
- Have received or are receiving cancer treatment (chemotherapy, immunotherapy, surgery, and/or radiation) at a participating center (self-reported)
You will not qualify if you...
- Severe emotional distress or anxiety that would limit study compliance (self-reported)
