Study of Gene Abnormalities and Disease Features in Patients with Lymphoma to Understand Treatment Outcomes and Prognosis

Researchers are conducting a prospective non-interventional observational study to explore the relationship between driver gene abnormalities and the clinical characteristics and prognosis of lymphoma in Chinese patients. The study aims to collect detailed data on genetic changes, demographic and pathological features, and treatment outcomes to understand how these factors correlate with disease progression and treatment response. Participants diagnosed with lymphoma according to WHO 2017 criteria are included in this study. There are no specific treatment interventions as this is an observational study. Data collection focuses on genetic abnormalities and clinical features without altering standard patient care. Participants will have their gene abnormalities and clinical features monitored over time, with outcomes such as the incidence of driver gene abnormalities assessed up to 36 months. Researchers will also evaluate the objective response rate and 5-year overall survival. The study involves collecting demographic and treatment data to analyze disease prognosis and treatment efficacy over a long-term follow-up period.
