Age: 18Years - 35Years

Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Exclusive breastfeeding mothers with infants up to 6 months old
  • Use of the bilateral cradle position when nursing
  • Diagnosis of mechanical neck pain
  • Body mass index below 30 kg/m8
  • Moderate neck pain intensity ranging from 3 to 7 on the visual analogue scale
  • Neck Disability Index scores between 10 and 40 out of 50
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Mothers with preterm or low-birth-weight babies
  • Pregnant women
  • Presence of postpartum complications
  • Inflammation, infection, severe degeneration, congenital deformity, or trauma
  • Sensory abnormalities or positive motor reflexes
  • Cancer, metabolic, or systemic diseases
