Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Age 40 to 50 years
- Male and female participants
- Diagnosed with moderate to severe COPD
- Physically able to participate in Tai Chi or Benson's relaxation technique
- Willing to participate in the study
You will not qualify if you...
- Pulmonary hypertension
- Congenital heart disease including recent myocardial infarction, unstable angina, or uncontrolled hypertension
- Spinal deformities
- Loss of consciousness
