The researchers aim to investigate the outcome (overall survival) of mothers who are diagnosed and/or treated for cancer during pregnancy. Furthermore they want to test the hypothesis that children who were exposed to cancer or cancer treatment (cytotoxic drugs, radiation therapy, targeted therapy,...) develop normally (neurologic and cardiologic examination).

Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Histologically proven cancer associated with a pregnancy (diagnosed during pregnancy or within 5 years after pregnancy)
- Female participants over 18 years of age and premenopausal
- Signed and written informed consent provided after understanding the study
- Women receiving any cytotoxic drug or radiation therapy during pregnancy allowed for maternal and fetal outcome assessment
- Children prenatally exposed to cancer or cancer treatment with parental informed consent; assent from children aged 12 years or older

- Mentally disabled or significantly altered mental status preventing understanding and giving informed consent
