Researchers are evaluating the effects of scapular posterior tilt exercises compared to cross-body stretching on breastfeeding efficiency, latch quality, and posture in postpartum women with rounded shoulders. This study includes 30 multiparous women who are actively breastfeeding and between 2 weeks and 6 months postpartum, aiming to improve shoulder posture and breastfeeding outcomes in this group. Participants will be randomly assigned to one of two groups: one group will perform scapular posterior tilt exercises focusing on strengthening specific shoulder muscles, and the other group will do cross-body stretching exercises to improve shoulder flexibility. Both groups will exercise three times per week for six weeks and receive standardized ergonomic education on proper breastfeeding posture. Throughout the study, researchers will assess breastfeeding efficiency using the Breastfeeding Self-Efficacy Scale, latch quality with the Bristol Breastfeeding Assessment Tool, and posture through the AI Posture Evaluation and Correction System. These assessments will be done before and after the intervention to track changes. Data will be analyzed using statistical software to understand the impact of the exercises.
