Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Diagnosis of Functional Neurological Disorder (FND)
- Ability to read and write English fluently
- Referral to UAB outpatient treatment for FND in physical, occupational, or speech therapy
- Referral to UAB outpatient treatment for FND in psychiatry
- Referral to inpatient consult for FND at Children's of Alabama or UAB Hospital
- Parent or guardian willing to participate in the study with a pediatric patient

- Unable to read or write English fluently
