What this Trial Is About

This research aims to assess the overall health of healthcare residents working at multiple hospitals within the Cochin Port Royal hospital Group. It focuses on various aspects including physical health, mental health (such as anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and substance abuse), sexual health, quality of medical care, and awareness of workplace risk prevention, particularly infectious risks. The study highlights the importance of understanding the multiple vulnerabilities healthcare workers face beyond fragmented evaluations. The program involves a systematic consultation every six months over a one-year period for residents at seven sites attached to two Group Hospital Units of AP-HP in Paris. Participants will complete a questionnaire addressing physical and mental health, with feedback provided along with resources for healthy workplace habits. The occupational health services will formalize an adapted health visit for this specific group. Participants will be evaluated through questionnaires and consultations, with data collected on their overall health and well-being. The research team will measure the percentage and number of residents participating over 12 months. This observational study monitors health aspects without intervention, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of residents' health status over the study period.
