Prospective Multicenter International Observational Study for Determination of a Cutaneous Lymphoma International Prognostic Index Model and Impact of Major Therapies in Patients With Advanced Mycosis Fungoides and Se9zary Syndrome

Researchers are conducting a prospective multicenter international observational study to develop a prognostic index model for the rare skin lymphomas mycosis fungoides and Se9zary syndrome. The study aims to collect standardized clinical data from various institutions to help identify patients with low and high risk for survival, which may improve patient care and outcomes. This research is sponsored by Stanford University and focuses on advanced stages of these diseases. Participants diagnosed with advanced stage mycosis fungoides or Se9zary syndrome (Stages IIB through IVB) within six months of presentation to a participating center will be observed. The study will include patients expected to receive care at the study center or in coordination with referring physicians to ensure follow-up data availability. There are no experimental treatments or interventions; instead, the study collects clinical information over time. During the study, researchers will monitor overall survival, measuring time from diagnosis until death from any cause, up to two years. Participants' medical data will be collected during their usual care visits to the medical centers, with follow-up to track patient outcomes. The study does not involve treatments but focuses on observing patient progress and therapy impacts. Total participation time depends on ongoing care and data collection during the follow-up period.
