Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Patient aged 80 or older who is scheduled for an elective inpatient major surgery
- Providers working in a clinic (aged 18 and older) where preoperative comprehensive geriatric assessment is performed or a related anesthesia pre-operative clinic
- Surgeons aged 18 or older with a patient aged 80 or older scheduled for an elective inpatient major surgery
You will not qualify if you...
History of severe allergic reactions to study medication Currently pregnant or breastfeeding Recent participation in another clinical trial within the last 30 days Presence of uncontrolled medical conditions that could affect safety
