Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Biological male
- Body mass index (BMI) between 18.5 and 24.9 kg/m2 or 30 kg/m2 and above
- Body fat less than 20% or 25% and above
- Ability and willingness to engage in an exercise training program
You will not qualify if you...
- Chronic health condition or regular use of prescribed medications that would significantly affect study variables
- Excessive use of alcohol, tobacco, vape, or illicit drugs
- Presence of an electrical implant such as a pacemaker
