Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Diagnosed with scleroderma
- Children aged 7 to 18 years
- Adults aged over 18 years
You will not qualify if you...
- Advanced heart, lung, liver, or kidney disease
- Neurological disease
- Malignancies (cancer)
- History of developmental delay (for children)
- Participation in a regular exercise program during the past 3 months
- Unwillingness to participate in the study
