Researchers are evaluating the efficacy and safety of two different dose regimens of pegozafermin compared to a placebo in adults with metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis MASH who have liver fibrosis stage F2 or F3. This Phase 3 study aims to better understand how pegozafermin may impact liver fibrosis and steatohepatitis in this population. Participants will receive subcutaneous injections of either one of two pegozafermin regimens or a matched placebo. These treatments are given in parallel groups, and participants are randomly assigned to one of the study groups. The study compares the effects of pegozafermin on liver fibrosis and steatohepatitis over a treatment period that includes evaluations up to 52 weeks and monitoring for disease progression up to 5 years. During the study, participants will be monitored through biopsies and blood tests to assess liver fibrosis improvement, resolution of steatohepatitis, changes in liver enzyme levels, and enhanced liver fibrosis scores. Safety and disease progression are also tracked throughout the study period. Researchers are evaluating the real-world use and safety of BRIUMVI4 ublituximab-xiiy in adults with relapsing multiple sclerosis RMS. The study aims to understand the safety, effectiveness, and treatment experience of participants prescribed this medication outside of controlled clinical trials. This observational study is sponsored by TG Therapeutics, Inc. and focuses on patients receiving routine care with BRIUMVI4. Participants in this study will receive BRIUMVI4 through intravenous infusion as prescribed for RMS treatment. The study includes participants who have been prescribed BRIUMVI4 but have not yet received their first infusion at the start of the study. No placebo or other interventions are involved, and the study observes the treatment as it is given in real-world medical settings. During the study, participants will be monitored for up to 96 weeks to assess their annualized relapse rate ARR. Researchers will also track adverse events, serious adverse events, and infusion-related reactions at each infusion. Researchers are evaluating the efficacy and safety of azenosertib ZN-c3, an oral drug that inhibits WEE1, in people with platinum-resistant, high-grade serous ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer. This Phase 2 study includes patients whose tumors test positive for Cyclin E1 protein. The study is designed to understand how azenosertib affects cancer cell growth by allowing damaged cells to continue the cell cycle, leading to cancer cell death. The study has two parts Part 1 included all patients regardless of biomarker status and has completed enrollment. Part 2 focuses on patients with Cyclin E1 positive tumors. Participants receive azenosertib orally at doses of either 300mg or 400mg daily, following a schedule of five days on treatment followed by two days off. Several study arms explore different dosing groups within this intermittent treatment plan. Participants will be monitored for up to approximately 12 months after the last patients enrollment. The study includes regular assessments of tumor response using RECIST criteria, measurement of biomarkers like CA-125, and tracking of side effects. Researchers are evaluating if adding LY3537982 olomorasib to standard anti-cancer drugs improves treatment for participants with untreated advanced non-small cell lung cancer NSCLC that has a specific KRAS G12C gene change. This Phase 3 treatment study includes participants with locally advanced or metastatic NSCLC and aims to compare this combination against standard care. The study is sponsored by Eli Lilly and Company and could last up to 3 years depending on individual response and disease progression. Participants receive LY3537982 orally combined with pembrolizumab given intravenously in 21-day cycles. This Phase 3 study aims to assess treatment outcomes in participants with typical CIDP or certain CIDP variants, focusing on improving disease activity and disability measures. The study consists of several periods Part A includes an open-label phase lasting up to 13 weeks where participants receive an intravenous loading dose of claseprubart followed by subcutaneous injections every two weeks. Part B is a randomized, placebo-controlled, double-blind treatment phase lasting up to 52 weeks for those who respond to treatment in Part A, with participants receiving either claseprubart or placebo subcutaneously every two weeks. Eligible participants may then join an optional open-label extension lasting up to 104 weeks, continuing claseprubart treatment subcutaneously every two weeks, followed by a safety follow-up period of 40 weeks. Researchers are evaluating the efficacy and safety of pegozafermin in adults with compensated cirrhosis caused by metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis MASH, previously known as nonalcoholic steatohepatitis NASH. This study focuses on participants with biopsy-confirmed advanced liver fibrosis stage F4 due to MASH. The research aims to understand how pegozafermin affects liver health over time compared to a placebo. Participants will receive either pegozafermin or a matched placebo through subcutaneous injections. The study follows a randomized, parallel design with quadruple masking to ensure unbiased results. The treatment period extends up to 24 months, with additional long-term follow-up lasting up to five years to assess disease progression and liver fibrosis regression. During the study, participants will undergo various assessments including measurements of liver fibrosis, disease progression through clinical events, and liver function tests such as alanine aminotransferase ALT levels. Alopecia areata AA is a condition where the immune system attacks hair follicles, causing hair loss mainly on the head and face but possibly on other body parts. This research evaluates the safety, effectiveness, and tolerance of upadacitinib, an approved drug, in adolescents and adults with severe AA. The study is a Phase 3 randomized, placebo-controlled, double-blind trial enrolling about 1500 participants worldwide. Participants are randomly assigned to one of three groups receiving different treatments two doses of upadacitinib or placebo. In initial periods, some may switch from placebo to upadacitinib based on their Severity of Alopecia Tool SALT score. Those completing early parts may enter an extension phase receiving upadacitinib for up to 108 weeks. Treatment involves taking oral tablets once daily for up to 160 weeks, with possible re-randomization at Weeks 24 and 52. Throughout the study, participants attend regular clinic visits for medical assessments, blood tests, side effect monitoring, and questionnaires to track treatment effects. Researchers measure hair loss improvement using SALT scores and record adverse events over approximately 164 weeks. This Phase IIb, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study involves approximately 970 participants across about 350 global sites. The trial aims to compare the efficacy and safety of two different doses of AZD6793 against placebo over a 24-week period. Participants will be randomly assigned to one of three groups receiving either dose 1 of AZD6793, dose 2 of AZD6793, or a matching placebo tablet. The study medication is taken orally and the trial lasts for 24 weeks. The study is designed as a parallel-group format with a 111 allocation ratio among the three arms. During the study, participants will be monitored through various assessments including lung function tests measuring forced expiratory volume FEV1, questionnaires evaluating breathlessness, cough, sputum, and quality of life, and tracking of COPD exacerbation events.
