MCG for Identification of Myocardial Ischemia in Suspected NSTE-ACS Patients
Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Age 18 years or older
- Symptoms of myocardial ischemia such as angina and suspected NSTE-ACS
- Proposed to undergo coronary angiography or coronary CTA
- Signed informed consent
You will not qualify if you...
- Diagnosis of ST-elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI)
- Non-ischemic dilated cardiomyopathy, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, or moderate to severe valvular disease
- Hemodynamic instability (systolic blood pressure <90 mmHg or requiring vasoactive drugs)
- Tachyarrhythmia or second degree atrioventricular block or higher not returned to normal
- Severe renal abnormality with eGFR <30 ml/min or on dialysis
- Malignant tumors with predicted survival under 1 year
- Pregnant or breastfeeding women
- Unable to undergo MCG due to device entry limitations, metal implants interference, or investigator judgment
