Disease Registry on Patients With Advanced NSCLC Harboring METex14 Skipping Alterations MOMENT

What this Trial Is About

Researchers are collecting data on adults with advanced non-small cell lung cancer NSCLC who have a specific genetic change called METex14 skipping alterations. This observational disease registry aims to track real-world treatment patterns, safety, and outcomes over time without changing the usual clinical care. The study is sponsored by EMD Serono Research Development Institute, Inc. and follows participants for up to about 4.9 years. Participants with advanced NSCLC receiving standard systemic therapies as decided by their doctors will be included in this registry. The study does not provide any specific treatments or procedures. Instead, it gathers information from routine clinical care starting at enrollment and continuing until death, loss to follow-up, enrollment in another clinical trial, or the registry ends. Throughout the study, researchers will collect data on tumor response using standard evaluations, overall survival, and any adverse events or reactions experienced by participants. Data collection occurs regularly for nearly five years, allowing the team to monitor changes in treatment and patient outcomes over time. This approach helps build a comprehensive picture of how patients with this lung cancer subtype are treated and how they fare in usual care settings.
