Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Written informed consent of the patient or legal guardian.
- Confirmed SARS-CoV-2 vaccination and/or confirmed or probable SARS-CoV-2 infection based on positive PCR or rapid antigen test, typical CT scan, history of high-risk contact, or antibody evidence.
- Additional ICD-10 codes for suspected post-COVID-19 condition or suspected adverse reactions to COVID-19 vaccine as applicable.
You will not qualify if you...
- Medical data that question the diagnosis of Post-COVID Condition or post-COVIDvac condition.
- Presence of another underlying disease explaining the clinical picture.
- Pregnancy.
