Researchers are evaluating a new way to understand how joints and muscles move in healthy adults. This study focuses on using the Showmotion platform to examine shoulder, hip, knee, and spine movement and muscle activity in 60 healthy volunteers. The goal is to establish baseline data that can help identify problems related to injuries in these areas. The study uses Showmotion, a device with wireless sensors placed on the skin at specific joints. These sensors collect detailed movement data, including acceleration and orientation, which is then processed by specialized software. This technology allows for quick, three-dimensional motion analysis anywhere, without needing complex lab setups with cameras. Participants will wear the sensors while performing movements so their joint range of motion can be measured within about one hour. The study team will monitor and record this data to understand normal movement patterns. This helps create a reference for future evaluations of joint and muscle function. Participation involves following instructions and completing the movement assessments in a single session.
