This study investigates how pain management services provided by a pain clinic influence various aspects of patients' lives, including mental health, family well-being, public safety, addiction, injury recovery, and employment status. The research aims to understand the broader impact of treating chronic pain on public health and safety. Participants receive behavioral and supportive therapy as part of the pain clinic services. This observational study does not involve randomization or comparison groups but focuses on evaluating the effects of these interventions on patients experiencing chronic pain and psychosocial problems. The study observes patients over a period to assess changes in their health and social conditions. During the study, researchers will monitor patients' mental health, social and economic status, safety-related factors, and employment situation. The primary outcome measured is the percentage of patients who experience psychosocial problems after 12 months. Data collection includes assessments related to family health, childcare, addiction, road safety, rehabilitation, and housing. The study includes adults aged 20 to 99 years and tracks their progress throughout the observation period.
