Study of the New Tracer 68Ga-FAPI-JNU in PET Imaging for Patients with Malignant Tumors

What this Trial Is About

Researchers are investigating the distribution of a new tracer called 68Ga-FAPI-JNU in patients with malignant tumors, including primary tumors, metastases, and normal tissues. The study aims to evaluate how this tracer spreads in the body using standardized uptake values to better understand its behavior in cancer imaging. Participants receive an injection of approximately 2-5 mCi of the novel tracer 68Ga-FAPI-JNU through a vein on the back of the hand. About one hour after injection, a PETCT scan is performed to capture images of the tracers distribution. Two experienced diagnostic physicians analyze the scans to map maximum and mean standardized uptake values in areas of interest. During the study, participants will undergo the tracer injection and PETCT imaging as described. The main measurement is the evaluation of tracer distribution in tumors, metastases, and normal tissues within four hours. The study involves assessments by imaging specialists and adheres to protocol requirements to ensure accurate data collection. Total participation duration varies based on individual scheduling.
