Have a moderate or high burnout score of 17 or higher in the Emotional Exhaustion Domain and/or 7 or higher in the Depersonalization Domain on the Maslach Burnout Inventory

You will not qualify if you...

Are a direct care registered nurse, Nurse Director, Educator, or Executive
Have a low burnout score below 17 in the Emotional Exhaustion Domain and/or below 7 in the Depersonalization Domain on the Maslach Burnout Inventory
