Total participation spans over a year with multiple follow-up assessments.

You may qualify if you...
- Employed as an AdventHealth Nurse Manager
- Have a moderate or high burnout score of 17 or higher in the Emotional Exhaustion Domain and/or 7 or higher in the Depersonalization Domain on the Maslach Burnout Inventory
You will not qualify if you...
- Are a direct care registered nurse, Nurse Director, Educator, or Executive
- Have a low burnout score below 17 in the Emotional Exhaustion Domain and/or below 7 in the Depersonalization Domain on the Maslach Burnout Inventory
