You may qualify if you...
- Employed as an AdventHealth Nurse Manager
- Moderate or high burnout score (≥17 in Emotional Exhaustion and/or ≥7 in Depersonalization on the Maslach Burnout Inventory)
You will not qualify if you...
- Currently a direct care RN, Nurse Director, Educator, or Executive
- Low burnout score (<17 in Emotional Exhaustion and/or <7 in Depersonalization on the Maslach Burnout Inventory)
