The study uses two advanced multiphoton microscopy devices: a tomograph called MPTflex developed by JenLab, GmbH, and a Fast Large Area Multiphoton Exoscope (FLAME) developed at BLI. These devices capture detailed images of normal and lesional skin areas. Imaging is performed non-invasively, and any biopsies needed are done separately by healthcare providers as part of routine care. Participants will undergo multiphoton microscopy imaging to collect information about changes in skin cells and the structure of skin fibers. Researchers will follow participants for up to 12 months to gather high-resolution skin images. This study includes assessments that compare microscopy images to biopsy results when available. Participants may be asked to follow instructions to assist with imaging, and healthy volunteers of all ages and genders can participate.
