What this Trial Is About
This clinical trial focuses on patients with small lung nodules who need a procedure called CT-guided hook wire localization before minimally invasive lung surgery. The study aims to evaluate whether giving a pain-relieving medication called parecoxib sodium before this procedure can reduce the pain caused by the wire placement. Researchers also want to find the best timing for administering this medication to provide the most effective pain relief. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive either a single intravenous dose of 40mg parecoxib sodium or a placebo a saltwater solution with no active medicine before the CT-guided localization. The timing of the medication administration will vary naturally from about 30 minutes to over 6 hours before the procedure, allowing researchers to identify the optimal golden window for pain control. The study is double-blind, so neither patients nor doctors will know which treatment participants receive. During the study, participants will rate their pain on a scale from 0 to 10 immediately after the wire is placed. Researchers will also monitor patient satisfaction and any complications related to the localization procedure until surgery begins. The study involves careful recording of medication and procedure times to analyze the relationship between timing and pain relief, aiming to improve future care for lung surgery patients.
