You may qualify if you...
- Age from 18 to 75 years old.
- Both sexes.
- American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status II-III.
- Patients with subdural hematoma undergoing burr-hole evacuation
You will not qualify if you...
- Patients with a history of known sensitivity to study drugs.
- Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) <8
- Impaired coagulation profile.
- Any degree of heart block.
- Infection at site of injection
