What this Trial Is About
Researchers are evaluating the use of BL-B01D1 combined with tislelizumab compared to platinum-based chemotherapy combined with tislelizumab as a first-line treatment for patients with extensive-stage small cell lung cancer. This Phase III, randomized, open-label, multicenter trial aims to compare the effectiveness and safety of these treatment combinations in this patient population. Participants receive either BL-B01D1 plus tislelizumab or carboplatin plus etoposide combined with tislelizumab. Each treatment cycle lasts 3 weeks, and patients showing clinical benefit may continue receiving additional cycles. Treatment will stop if the disease progresses, intolerable toxicity occurs, or for other reasons determined by the study. During the study, participants will undergo regular assessments for overall survival, progression-free survival, response rates, and treatment safety up to approximately 24 months. Researchers will also monitor anti-drug antibody development and adverse events. The total participation lasts until disease progression or treatment discontinuation, with ongoing evaluations throughout the treatment period.
