Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Aged 18 years or older at screening of the previous study and completed the required treatment duration with PF-07868489 and other assessments at the end of that study.
- Willing and able to follow all scheduled visits, treatment plans, laboratory tests, lifestyle considerations, and other study procedures.
- No worsening or hospitalization for worsening pulmonary arterial hypertension during the qualifying study.
- Not currently scheduled for surgery to replace any tissue or part of the body (transplant), and no planned surgery for pulmonary arterial hypertension.
- No major ongoing health issues during the qualifying study that the study doctor believes would prevent participation.
- Not suffering from or previously suffered from hepato-pulmonary syndrome (a liver-related lung problem).
- Not currently prescribed or taking medicines known as GLP-1 agonists.
