Study of Sleep Disorders in Prodromal and Definite Parkinsons Disease
Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Age 18 years or older
- Fully informed about the study and consent to participate
- For Parkinson Disease: diagnosed with PD using international criteria (MDS), MoCA score above 20/30, no deep brain stimulation treatment
- For REM Sleep Behavior Disorder: diagnosis based on polysomnography showing abnormal muscle tone during REM sleep or REM behaviors, no signs of progressive neurodegenerative diseases such as PD, multiple system atrophy, or Lewy body dementia
- For healthy controls: no neurological or psychiatric disease
You will not qualify if you...
- Pregnant or breastfeeding women
- Individuals under guardianship or conservatorship
- Persons deprived of liberty
