Patients with pancreatic cancer experience many symptoms because of the disease and treatment, which can have a negative impact on quality of life. Telehealth Self-Management Coaching Sessions to Improve Quality of Life in Pancreatic Cancer Survivors and Their Family Care Givers
Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Participant or legally authorized representative has given documented informed consent
- Participant is 18 years of age or older
- Participant has Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) performance status of 2 or less
- Participant can read and understand English or Spanish for questionnaires
- Participant has histologically or cytologically confirmed metastatic pancreatic adenocarcinoma diagnosed within the last 8 weeks
- Family caregiver has given documented informed consent
- Family caregiver is 18 years of age or older
- Family caregiver can read and understand English or Spanish for questionnaires
- Family caregiver is a family member or friend who knows the patient well and is involved in the patient's medical care
You will not qualify if you...
- Employment as a direct or indirect employee under supervision of the principal investigator, co-investigator, or study manager
- Being a direct study team member
