Secondary measures include perceived exertion, cyber sickness, perceived effort ranking, and enjoyment ranking collected across both sessions. Each session lasts about two hours, and the study evaluates the exercise experience and physiological responses in detail.

Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Diagnosis of Parkinson's disease
- Hoehn and Yahr stages II-III
- Age between 45 and 75 years
- Able to ride a stationary upright bicycle
- Able to sign informed consent
You will not qualify if you...
- Recent history of severe heart disease, severe lung disease, uncontrolled diabetes, traumatic brain injury, or neurological disorder other than Parkinson Disease
- Unable to follow directions or sign a consent form
- Inadequate vision or hearing to see or hear a television
- Unstable medical condition or musculoskeletal disorder impairing ability to ride a bicycle
- Any medical condition preventing bicycling
- Moderate depression
