Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Age between 50 and 80 years
  • Have not completed annual lung cancer screening
  • Have a 20 pack-year smoking history
  • Currently smoke or quit within the past 15 years
  • Speak English and/or Spanish
  • Have a functioning cellphone number with unlimited text messaging capacity
  • Willing to complete a baseline and follow-up survey at Month 3

You will not qualify if you...

  • Being up-to-date on annual lung cancer screening
