Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- 18 years of age or older
- Provide informed consent
- Normal eyes with no ocular disease (Cohort A)
- Mild primary open angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension controlled with no more than one prostaglandin drop daily for the past 6 months (Cohort B)
- Non-infectious keratopathy without use of prescription medication (over-the-counter artificial tears allowed) (Cohort C)
- Dry age-related macular degeneration (Cohort D)
- Wet age-related macular degeneration (Cohort E)
- Diabetic retinopathy (Cohort F)
You will not qualify if you...
- Prior ocular disease of the anterior or posterior segment
- Any medical comorbidities except well-controlled diabetes and hypertension
- Inability to follow up with study procedures as described
