Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Clinical or subclinical diagnosis of chronic insomnia confirmed by a professional or identified through assessment
- Aged 18 years or older but not older than 59 years
- Minimal or mild symptoms of depression and/or anxiety (scores 9 or below on PHQ-9 and GAD-7) or as diagnosed with SCID-5-CV
You will not qualify if you...
- Diagnosis of a neurological degenerative disorder or moderate/severe psychiatric disorder
- Diagnosis of other sleep disorders such as sleep apnea, restless legs syndrome, periodic limb movements, or circadian sleep disorders
- Diagnosis of cognitive impairments
- Inability to understand Romanian
- Inability to attend online sessions due to lack of laptop, microphone, or camera
