Cardio-oncology is a growing medical field focused on managing heart-related issues in cancer patients. This research aims to collect detailed, prospective data from patients referred for cardio-oncology assessment at a single tertiary center. The goal is to better understand cardio-oncology, identify early signs of heart toxicity from cancer treatments, and support specialized projects targeting specific cancer types or medications. This is an observational registry study without planned interventions. Patients referred for cardio-oncology evaluation are included and followed over time. The study collects extensive information to analyze cardiotoxicity, heart protective strategies, cardiovascular profiles, arrhythmias, precision medicine applications, oncology outcomes, and metabolic and behavioral factors over several years. Participants will be monitored for up to 10 years, with a focus on the incidence of cardiotoxicity over 5 years as the primary outcome. Researchers will gather data on heart and cancer health, adverse events, and other related measures. This long-term registry aims to enhance understanding of heart complications in cancer patients and improve care through detailed follow-up and analysis.
