This research aims to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of a moisturizing lotion in improving symptoms of atopic eczema among adults in Malaysia. Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Healthy Malaysian men and women
- Age above 18 years old
- Clinically diagnosed with mild to moderate eczema with Eczema Area and Severity Index (EASI) score between 10 and 20
You will not qualify if you...
- History of allergies or adverse reactions to moisturizers or their components
- History of chronic allergies
- Pregnant, breastfeeding women, or planning pregnancy during the study period
- Documented autoimmune diseases
- Currently undergoing or requiring active drug treatment for atopic dermatitis or eczema
- Use of medications like corticosteroids, calcineurin inhibitors, or methotrexate within 3 months before and during the study
- Current participation in another interventional clinical study
- Presence of other dermatological or systemic disorders that could affect study outcomes
