Age: 18Years - 60Years

Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Age more than 18 years and less than 60 years
  • History of at least one depressive episode currently in remission during examination and study
  • Provided informed consent to participate
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Presence of comorbid psychosis, obsessive-compulsive disorder, or bipolar disorder
  • Presence of comorbid attention deficit hyperactivity disorder or intellectual developmental disorder
  • Dependence on substances other than tobacco
  • Presence of major or minor cognitive impairment
  • Received bilateral temporal electroconvulsive therapy within the past 6 months
  • Regular yoga practice for at least 1 month within the past 3 months
  • Pregnancy
