Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Age more than 18 years and less than 60 years
- History of at least one depressive episode currently in remission during examination and study
- Provided informed consent to participate
You will not qualify if you...
- Presence of comorbid psychosis, obsessive-compulsive disorder, or bipolar disorder
- Presence of comorbid attention deficit hyperactivity disorder or intellectual developmental disorder
- Dependence on substances other than tobacco
- Presence of major or minor cognitive impairment
- Received bilateral temporal electroconvulsive therapy within the past 6 months
- Regular yoga practice for at least 1 month within the past 3 months
- Pregnancy
