Data analysis will evaluate physical and lifestyle changes. This study includes double-blind randomization and aims to provide insight into effective exercise rehabilitation for postpartum diastasis recti.

Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Age between 24 and 40 years
- Weight between 50 and 70 kg
- Height between 4.5 and 6 feet
- Includes both underweight and overweight/obese individuals
- Multiparous women
- Vaginal delivery for split tummy exercise group
- Multiparous women with vaginal birth, with or without episiotomy, for hypopressive exercise group

- Having a severe illness
- Incomplete inter-rectus distance (IRD) records
- History of pelvic floor dysfunction
- Primiparous women
- Polyhydramnios or uterine fibroids during pregnancy
- Previous abdominal surgery or caesarean delivery
- Untreated high blood pressure
- Cardiovascular illness
- Hernia
- Pregnancy
- Recent surgeries
