Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Ages 18 to 35 years
  • Completed at least three months of resistance training within the past five years
  • Healthy young adults willing to participate in resistance training sessions
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Currently perform chest press resistance training at least once per week
  • Have musculoskeletal injuries in shoulder, elbow, or wrist that prevent pain-free resistance training
  • Have uncontrolled cardiovascular complications
  • Are pregnant or may become pregnant within the next 2 months
