Forward Head Posture FHP is a common postural problem where the head is positioned forward relative to the shoulders, causing neck pain and muscle strain. It is especially common among university students due to prolonged use of smartphones, laptops, and tablets in poor postures. This randomized controlled trial evaluates three different strategies to manage FHP in this population to find effective rehabilitation methods. The study compares three groups one receiving Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization DNS breathing exercises combined with conventional stretching and strengthening exercises another receiving Myofascial Release MFR therapy along with the same conventional exercises and a control group receiving only the conventional exercise program. All treatments are given three times per week for six weeks, with each session lasting 45 minutes. Participants will be assessed at the start of the study, after 4 weeks, and at 6 weeks. Measurements include angles related to head and shoulder posture using smartphone photos, a wall test for posture evaluation, pain intensity using a visual scale, and quality of life using the SF-36 survey. These outcomes will help determine which intervention best improves posture, reduces pain, and enhances quality of life in young adults with sedentary habits.

Duration - 6 weeks
Participants receive one of three interventions: Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization breathing plus conventional exercises, Myofascial Release plus conventional exercises, or conventional exercises alone. Treatments are delivered three times weekly for six weeks with 45-minute sessions.
Three sessions per week
Duration - 6 weeks
Posture and pain are measured at baseline, week 4, and week 6 using smartphone photos, a wall test, and pain scales. Quality of life is also evaluated with a health survey.
