Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Office workers diagnosed with Postural Kyphosis
- Aged between 30 and 45 years
- Experience of upper back or neck pain lasting at least three months
- Spend a minimum of 6 hours per day seated for work
You will not qualify if you...
- History of spinal surgery, severe scoliosis, or other significant spinal deformities
- Currently participating in any structured physical therapy program or using bracing for posture
- Any neurological or musculoskeletal disorders affecting posture or movement
