Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • People over the age of 65 and living alone
  • Nursing diagnosis of social risk
  • Nursing diagnosis of social isolation
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Moderate or severe cognitive decline or Pfeiffer scores above 6
  • Uncorrected hearing deficits that hinder group interaction
  • Participants not completing pre- and post-interventions measurements
  • Participants missing more than one of the five scheduled sessions
