You may qualify if you...

  • 18-40 years old
  • Body mass index (BMI) between 18.5 and 40 kg/m2
  • Habitually active with more than 150 minutes of moderate to vigorous physical activity per week
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Pregnant or trying to become pregnant
  • Recent use of creatine supplements
  • Allergies to supplements
