You may qualify if you...
- 18-40 years old
- Body mass index (BMI) between 18.5 and 40 kg/m2
- Habitually active with more than 150 minutes of moderate to vigorous physical activity per week
You will not qualify if you...
- Pregnant or trying to become pregnant
- Recent use of creatine supplements
- Allergies to supplements
