  • Young healthy adults
  • Aged between 19 and 35 years
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Breakfast skippers
  • Smokers, including e-cigarettes users or cannabis consumers
  • Underweight, overweight, or obese individuals
  • People with chronic diseases, including diabetes
  • Taking certain medications
  • Those with lactose intolerance, food allergies, or gastrointestinal disorders such as irritable bowel syndrome
