The trial investigates different methods of neonatal circumcision in male infants under 3 months old. The study aims to compare healing, complications, cosmetic results, and parents satisfaction among four circumcision techniques. Circumcision is a common surgery worldwide, especially in this region, where over 80% of male infants undergo the procedure in the neonatal period. Complications can range from minor issues like bleeding and infection to more serious problems such as prolonged bleeding or damage to the penis. Participants will be randomly assigned to one of the circumcision techniques, including the Plastibell and Gomco methods. Each group undergoes the procedure to evaluate differences in outcomes. The study focuses on assessing postoperative bleeding within 2 hours, wound healing after 7 days, and parental satisfaction at 4 weeks after the surgery. The trial does not involve masking or blinding. During the study, participants will be monitored closely after circumcision for bleeding and wound healing. Parents will be asked about their satisfaction one month after the procedure. Researchers will collect data on complications and cosmetic outcomes to understand which technique may offer better results. The entire participation period covers the immediate postoperative hours through 4 weeks to capture healing and satisfaction outcomes.
