Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Chronic plaque psoriasis
  • Obesity class I
  • Prediabetic individuals
  • Dryness of both eyes
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • History of cardiac insults
  • History of respiratory insults
  • Diagnosis of diabetes, hypertension, or kidney or liver problems
